Perhaps a sauna, or a pool, maybe a massage therapist on site, or personal trainers to help you get started on the road to success. Only you know what will keep you motivated and excited to keep going back, so choose wisely the club that will become part of you.
Not sure how to start. Hire a trainer that will educate you, get you results and keep you safe on your journey to a new you. Even if it is only for a couple weeks until you get up to speed with your confidence to perform in the gym. You can also try joining scheduled classes that peak your interest. Or perhaps you have a friend that goes to a certain gym that will help you out. A training partner can be a great way to have fun and stay motivated. Remember, training should be interesting and enjoyable.
